- If you have a mailbox, make sure your address is visible on both sides of your mailbox, emergency vehicles may not arrive from the same direction as your mail carrier. You can get some mailbox numbers
- Locating homes at night is more difficult than during the day. Illuminating your address numbers or having reflective address numbers, will make it easier for emergency personnel to locate your home. You can get a reflective address sign

- Keep numbers visible. Keeping bushes, weeds, flowers, or grass trimmed will help insure your addresses visibility.
